Board
Board - Composition and Tasks
The Steering Committee elects from its active members: a Chairperson, three Vice-Presidents, a General Secretary, a Treasurer. It also elects a Chairperson of the Technical Committee from its members or Association members not appointed to the Steering Committee. These seven representatives constitute the Board.
Note: The Chairperson of the Technical Committee may not be elected to the Steering Committee. He/She may attend the Steering Committee and the Board but without voting rights.
The role of the Board is to:
• Prepare and implement the Steering Committee and General Assembly decisions,
• Ensure suitable management of the P.E.P. Association,
• Using its proposals and guidance, drive the Program policy defined by the Steering Committee.

Steering Comitee - STEERCO
This Committee determines and applies the Program policy and ensures its implementation. It guarantees the rules of transparency and governance given in the General Instructions.
The 18 members of the Steering Comittee are divided in 3 groups:
- Companies
- Trade Unions
- Users / Partners
Technical Committee
The main missions of the program's technical committee are to coordinate the technical work carried out on the PCRs or PSRs, to ensure that the program's rules are applied by its members and users, to monitor changes in standards or regulations relating to the environmental declarations of equipment, and to represent the opinions or recommendations of the technical committee within the Bureau and the Steering Committee.

Accredited Verifiers Club
PEP ecopassport have 35 accreditated verifiers to manage the PEP verification process. They have an accredation for 3 years. Several time per year PEP ecopassport can welcome on bord some new one, from differents countries. The President of the verifiers Club is available to help them in sharing the best practices and push the various question to the Cotec.
The President is a Cotec member.
Tim Osmond is the actual President of the Verifiers Club.
